Let's talk about the sessions we have planned.
First up, we have an incredible keynote session planned called Choreographing The Close with Simon Bowen. Whether we're using simple triangle models, or Simon's amazing genius model, the magic is in the method; the way we draw our models, is how we draw prospects into our world, and in this session, Simon's showing us how.
On the Attract side, we have designed a session specifically for slow prospects. Slow prospects want to opt in to your world first, and they need constant nurturing until they're ready to make a decision.
Nurture might be the most overlooked long-term marketing strategy because, well, it's slow. But in the long run, it could just be the most reliable contributor to your continued growth. We've been hard at work behind the scenes optimising our Weekly Client Machine and content strategies for nurturing, warm, and preparing future buyers to work with us — and man, do we have a ton of tweaks and upgrades to share.
Next, The Sensei Sessions, our favorite part of any event. We've hand-picked four awesome Black Belters and Boardroomers to share their best strategies for Attracting prospects, Converting clients, Delivering leveraged coaching, and Scaling their businesses.
We start with a super tactical, very practical, 10-minute overview of what they’re doing, a bit like a TED talk. You’ll watch all three of these so you can pick which session will be most useful for you right now. Then you can sit in on their 45-minute deep dive and find out exactly how they’re doing what they’re doing. (The catch: you only get to attend one live, so choose wisely!)

Specifically, how to get them taking *immediate action*, taking responsibility for their own results, and sticking around for the long term.
The Mastermind Session is going to connect you with smart cats in Black Belt and Boardroom who are running 6 and 7 figure coaching businesses. One of us is not as smart as all of us, so let's put our heads together and help you break through your current stuck point.

If you're in Boardroom, we will split off into Boardroom-only sessions on Day 3. We have a very special guest, George Bryant, joining us live in Hawaii for a session called Relationships Beat Algorithms. George is an expert on nurturing relationships that create clients for life. He's going to share how to design intentional customer connections that go beyond the transactional to become transformational.
